Io l'adoro e sto attendendo troppo tempo l'uscita di questo album.
Però la storia del fuoco mi è nuova.. ahah che ridere

Una delle sue canzoni: Broken Hearth Cliché la ritengo fenomenale, come Watch your die ed anche gran parti delle canzoni presenti nell'album The Failure Epiphany. Sarà troppo effettata la voce ma personalmente mi dà una supercarica ogni volta che la sento cantare alla faccia certa altra gente che mi fà prendere sonno per quanti monotoni sono.

Il suo altro progetto Stray sembra molto interessante, certamente tutt'altro genere ma darci una 'ascoltata' non fà male.

Tra l'altro se non ricordo male su di un blog Erica aveva scritto che questo sarebbe stato il suo ultimo lavoro nella scena industrial/electro che da un pò non sente più sua...

L'hard disk con i nuovi pezzi era sopravvissuto all'incendio... se non ricordo male un blog di qualche mese fa.
Fra i titoli menzionati qua e là ho notato comunque anche pezzi nuovi e l'eliminazione di altri già annunciati come pronti, quindi dev'esserci stato un po' di lavoro successivo.

A luglio la tracklist sembrava essere:

It is not every day that an artist manages to squarely establish herself at the top of the underground electronic scene with only a debut album under her belt. Well, UNTER NULL proved the contrary with the highly successful album "The Failure Epiphany" that has become a classic reference on the dark scene. Sole creation of American artist Erica Dunham, the UNTER NULL project was initiated in 1998. After years of classical piano training, as well as cello and guitar, the foray into electronic music began. UNTER NULL's sound could be described as equal parts melody and noise, venom balanced with sentiment, and a blend of sounds influenced by a wide variety of genres spanning from industrial, classical, black metal, and IDM.
Today, UNTER NULL breaks her extended and worrying silence with the new aptly titled "Moving On" album that plunges us into a world of torment, violence, deviance and darkness. Synthetic layers and piano lines get assaulted by powerful elektro sequences ad EBM rhythms dominated by the poignant and terrifying voice of this unique and uncompromised artist... An intense introspective and quite personal album we can perceive as an own catharsis to get rid of the negative, venomous things in life - be it people or situations. Spiteful moments of complete rage intermingled with broken heart despair through which we simply end up loosing faith in faith...
Produced and engineered by Claus Larsen (LEAETHER STRIP), "Moving On" reveals how much UNTER NULL has matured and broadened her artistic approach, including on stage where Erica Dunham is now supported by a full live band, allowing her through this live dynamic to fully render the aggression of the album that looks to span genre boundaries, and overcome scene isolation by incorporating the engaging elements of punk rock energy, metal ferocity, and the intensity, and club playability of industrial, and EBM.
The album is also released as a deluxe carton box edition including the exclusive "Moved On" bonus album featuring some 9 exclusive songs plus 4 remixes from album songs by ACYLUM, NEIKKA RPM, KANT KINO and DYM.
