The Greek synthpop/EBM band CYLiX release their first album "Alpha" on the German label Life is Painful (DUPONT, RESTRICTED AREA, ESTRANGE). The album is 100% oriented towards Swedish-styled Synthpop and the band sounds exactly that way. The album also features two remixes by electro legends LIGHTS OF EUPHORIA and PSYCHE and has been mastered by ex-FRONT 242 member Len Lemeire. CYLiX have already appeared on various compilations and have played live in Germany a few times, including at the Electroshock festival. A fresh and melodic album, including highly infective tunes and potential dance club hits such as "Don't Let Me Fade", "Deepest Fear" and “So Much For Love”.
