"The Ones To Fall" is the album of maturity for FREAKANGEL who reach here a perfect stylistic symbiosis where guitar sounds and metal industrial elements infiltrate their modern bleeps, leading revolting synth arrangements, pounding manic electro beats, harsh powerful male vocals and manipulated female voices morphed into melodic choruses.
This 3rd FREAKANGEL full length is a CD that disturbs the listener by its efficient songwriting approach allowing Dmitry Darling's destructive emotional outbursts to take you by the throat. It is extreme and dense, dark and dusty, distorted and still melodic, uptempo and still so lingering... It evokes bands as diverse as MINISTRY, COMBICHRIST, DIVE, DIE KRUPPS, FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY or yet FEAR FACTORY! It's impossible to easily classify this album in any specific music genre. It stands out as unique, fresh and challenging. And it's sooooo heavy that you feel broken and emotionally dead when you reached the end of the 10th song, precisely when your darker inside demon clocks in and urges you to press the play button again, and again... and again.
