A sonic trip through the solar system. A captivating journey through space, exploring the planets, discovering soundscapes of eternal darkness and explosions of brightness.
S. Lemons music was quite often considered to be "spacey". But in fact none of the previous albums have been produced with this intention. With SOL it is finally time to present a concept album about our solar system. For the first time ever Lemon used the inspirations of space music, literature, films, documentaries and more to write 8 longform space music pieces. He created a mixture of lush ambient sections, dark ambient elements, IDM-bits and melancholic piano and string parts, which all come together for a journey into sound and emotions.
Over a length of almost 3 hours SOL offers the listener an entertaining, diverse chill out record, ideal for your inner journey - best to be listened with headphones.
SOL will take you to the boundaries of imagination. Enjoy your flight.
