If there is one thing you can't do with Photophob is pigeonhole the project. This 4th release for M-Tronic is there to prove it!
This time the man is back with some rare & unusual territories of Minimal Dub. Approaching Dub in a total different way than "Wasteland Vibes"was, with way more finesse & refinement.
The ambient side Photophob has merged into something more minimal & granular texture but still keeping the dub background like very few can achieve, leaving space to the mind and settles down almost like a meditative form.
Once again, the Austrian master mind reveals a new facet of his project.
"A collection of ambient/dub/drone pieces made during the last few years. Vintage synth scapes, field recordings and huge amounts of sampled vinyl and shellac pumped through my digital workspace".
