BlakOPz "Redefined" Is a brand new kick ass release to shake your asses to. 1 year in the making! This is what happens when you tell people to be creative and enjoy making music. Mission accomplished. We asked 4 bands and ourselves to pick a track from "As Nations Decay" and do something that was completely different. There's Industrial, Trip Hop, Dub Step, Down Tempo, Hi Energy, Hip Hop, EDM, Hard Dance and of course POLKA. Always Polka. All brand new NEVER before released or heard tracks.
Included in this NEW Digital EP "Redefined" there is remixes from Freakangel, Spiders Down Yonder, Lucidstatic, Viscera Drip and even a NEVER before released version of our very own mix of "Detonation" from the 2nd album "As Nations Decay". The Track "Detonation (Implode Mix)" fuses hi energy, dubstep, off the wall fun and even a little Hip Hop vibe. By the way.. there are some special guest vocals on one of these tracks. We won't say who or which track. See if you can guess it.
The album is "Name Your Price". So go ahead and name your price. We dare you! You could put $500 in there because you are insane, or even 0.00. If you like. It's name your price. Throwing some money at our general direction DOES however go a long way to help us continue what we love to do in music and stay alive. Like Eat, keep the electric on and feed our non existent children that we intended to have one day.

With the American government in a state of shutdown and the economies of the developed world seemingly trapped in unending financial turmoil, in terms of its eerily-appropriate title the timing could hardly be better for the release of BLAKOPZ second album - “As Nations Decay”.
Over the past 12 months, BLAKOPZ have served as tour support for AESTHETIC PERFECTION's "All.Cities.Destroyed" 26-date North American tour over the summer of 2012, opened for SUICIDE COMMANDO, FGFC820 and TACTICAL SEKT in the US, and made their first European live appearance earlier this year at Resistanz Festival in the UK.

Their shadowy presence on our roster has been confirmed only to a select few up to now – but with their first major mission alongside AESTHETIC PERFECTION and X-RX about to take place across America, the time has come for us to publicly identify BLAKOPZ as the new tactical unit in DWA’s ever-more-powerful army of artists.
With collective field experience of over 20 years in the rave, industrial and related music scenes, veteran DJ/producer Mike Weir (codename “Mindbender”) and producer Alex King (codename “Kill The Alex”) joined forces in just 2010 to form the BLAKOPZ unit – yet have already been deployed in surgical strikes throughout America opening for the likes of FGFC820, GOD MODULE, HANZEL UND GRETYL, IMPERATIVE REACTION and AYRIA.
Until now, only the occasional rough demo has surfaced online to confirm BLAKOPZ actual existence – but as of now, all that is about to change.
Bursting into your eardrums like a flash grenade, BLAKOPZ carefully-crafted debut offering “Blood, Sweat And Fear” is a politically-charged beatdown of industrial-edged hard dance – BLAKOPZ own State Of The Union address, replete with vocal support from their fellow Americans Rexx Arkana of FGFC820 and “Mighty” Mike Saga.
Given a final polish in the mastering suite of German maestro Kolja Trelle (SOMAN), “Blood, Sweat And Fear” is completed by a brutal bonus section of remixes from Australian hard dance legends STUDIO-X, Colombian hardstyle industrial act TERRORKODE and Atlanta’s maverick masters of dark electronica DIE SEKTOR!
